About Paul Bale

Paul Bale has an enthusiastic, passionate thirst for challenge, a perpetual desire for growth, an investment in life-long learning, and a disciplined commitment, that goes beyond the old standard of customer satisfaction, to a new evolved standard of client care.

In his youth, Paul attended Kitsilano High School, and was a member of the original Blue Demons of 1983 basketball team. He became one of the most prolific scoring machines in BC basketball history! At the age of 29, Paul fulfilled a childhood dream of playing Professional Basketball, and played 7 seasons in Europe. Paul also worked with the former NBA franchise, the Vancouver Grizzlies.

What is a Laneway House?
Laneway housing is a detached dwelling on a single-family lot, facing the back laneway where the garage is located. One exterior parking space (minimum) is required on all lots with a laneway home. Houses that already have a secondary suite are still eligible. Note that STRATA TITLING IS NOT PERMITTED, as these dwellings are non-saleable.
